Help Guide for Login

Login with Email ID & Password

Step 1: Enter your registered email ID in the Email ID field.
Step 2: In the Password field, enter your 10-digit registered mobile number.
Step 3: Click on the “Login” button to proceed.
Step 4: Upon successful verification, you will be logged into your account.

Note:

The password must be your 10-digit registered mobile number (without country code).
Ensure both email ID and mobile number are correctly registered with your account.
If you face any issues, please contact support or use the Forgot Password option (if available).

Login with Mobile OTP

Step 1: Enter your registered mobile number in the mobile number field.
Step 2: Click on the “Send OTP” or “Get OTP” button.
Step 3: You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number via SMS from CBRTIN, CBRTIT and CBRTIM.
Step 4: Enter the received OTP in the OTP input box.
Step 5: Click on the “Login” or “Verify & Login” button to access your account.

Note:

Make sure your mobile number is active and has network coverage.
If you don’t receive the OTP, click on “Resend OTP” after the countdown timer ends.

Login with Email OTP

Step 1: Enter your registered email ID in the email field.
Step 2: Click on the “Send OTP” or “Get OTP” button.
Step 3: A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 4: Check your inbox (and junk folder if needed) and enter the received OTP in the OTP field.
Step 5: Click on the “Login” or “Verify & Login” button to access your account.

Note:

Ensure the email ID entered is correct and active.
If you do not receive the OTP, use the “Resend OTP” option after the timer ends.
