REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CBRT IT Mission, operated by CIBI RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGICAL SOCIETY (Reg. No. TVM/TC/1979/2012), is committed to providing transparent and fair refund and cancellation procedures for its educational and training services.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which students may cancel enrolment or request refunds for courses, training programmes, workshops, certification courses, and other educational services offered through our Platform.

1. Course Cancellation by Students

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted within 3 calendar days of successful course enrolment or payment.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if:
    • The student has accessed more than 20% of the course content.
    • Live classes, workshops, or training sessions have commenced.
    • Course materials, software licences, examination vouchers, or digital resources have been issued.
    • The enrolled programme is a Crash Course or any specially designated non-refundable course.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of enrolment and prior to substantial use of the educational services.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Downloaded study materials, recorded sessions, or digital content already accessed.
    • Certification examination fees, software licences, or third-party service charges already incurred.
    • Courses purchased under promotional offers, discounts, scholarships, or special schemes, unless otherwise specified.

3. Technical Issues and Service Deficiencies

  • If you experience technical difficulties preventing access to the course, please contact our support team immediately.
  • Verified platform-related issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period may qualify for an appropriate refund or alternative resolution.

4. Course Content Concerns

  • If you believe that the course content substantially differs from the description provided on the Platform, you must notify our support team within 3 calendar days of enrolment.
  • Upon review, an appropriate resolution, including course replacement or refund, may be provided where applicable.

5. Non-Refundable Courses

  • Fast-track programmes, boot camps, crash courses, internship programmes, and special certification preparation courses are generally non-refundable once attendance begins or course access has been provided.
  • Courses for which a certificate, completion credential, certificate number, or verification record has already been generated are strictly non-refundable.

6. Course Cancellation by CBRT IT Mission

  • If a course is cancelled by CBRT IT Mission due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be offered either:
    • A full refund; or
    • Enrolment in an alternative course of equivalent value.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will normally be processed within 2 business days.
  • The time required for the refund amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or financial institution.
